Serene Journal: Edition One is a A5 Mental Health and Well-Being Journal. 

The journal includes Mental Health and Well-Being activities aimed to encourage self-reflection, self-development and improve overall Well-Being. 

The Journal also includes Journal prompts, links to motivational podcasts/playlists as well as blank journaling pages. The activities were produced to encourage reflection, goal setting and positive mental health.

The Journals are A5 with a soft PU leather cover, a ribbon to hold your place and an elastic band to secure your thoughts. They are available in beige, black or orange leather.
