Pineapple plants are a type of Bromeliad; each plant only ever bears one fruit. However, the parent plant will produce baby plants around the base which, given the right care, will produce their own fruit.

Pineapple plants like bright and direct sunlight. They need a warm and sunny environment. They do not require a lot of water. Wait until the soil dries out before re-watering.
