Asplenium Crispy Wave

Asplenium nidus Crispy Wave AKA the Pleated Bird's Nest fern is an undemanding and humidity-loving plant that will add some air-purifying greenery to a kitchen or bathroom. 

Its sculptural, pleated leaves are highly efficient at converting CO2 into oxygen and cleaning the air. It is also one of the longest living pot plants and extremely easy to look after, making it excellent value for money.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Light

Enjoys moderate, indirect light or a slightly shaded position. Avoid too much bright light and especially direct sunlight.

Water

Water thoroughly during the growing season but less so in the winter. Keep moist but do not allow to stand in water. Prefers to be watered from underneath!

Humidity

Mist regularly and dust the fronds. Do not use leaf shine. Likes a cool to average household temperature between 16-21°C. Keep away from draughts. It does not like hot, dry conditions, and prefers at least some degree of humidity.
